For people with previous ABA experience, working at Tangible Difference gives you the freedom to do what you do best - work with kids to help them achieve their potential without overbearing consultants. We have positions available for in-home and the Learning Center, and we make the data programming process as streamlined as possible, so you can help our kids make progress without the headache of confusing program updates. For people without ABA experience, we have an in-house intensive training program, so with the help of our experienced staff, you can learn how to become a skilled ABA therapist.

BCBA/BCABA Supervision (Internships):
We are willing to mentor those who are working on their BCBA/BCABA certification and need supervised hours. TDLC offers supervision of candidates in full and part time options. The following are the three plans for supervision.

- Includes in-home work in the Katy and 290/Northwest area. Our Center is on the Northwest side of town, but we have some in-home clients in Katy.
- Flexible working hours including weekday evenings and Saturdays
- Free ABA training provided
- ABA Therapist Interns
- Free ABA training provided
- Unpaid
- 10-20 hours a week
- Length of internship: up to 90 days
- May be eligible for hire upon completion
