Employment Opportunities

For people with previous ABA experience, working at Tangible Difference gives you the freedom to do what you do best - work with kids to help them achieve their potential without overbearing consultants. We have positions available for in-home and the Learning Center, and we make the data programming process as streamlined as possible, so you can help our kids make progress without the headache of confusing program updates. For people without ABA experience, we have an in-house intensive training program, so with the help of our experienced staff, you can learn how to become a skilled ABA therapist.

We offer all of our employees:

  • Competitive Pay
  • Intensive Training Programs
  • ABA Internship Opportunities

BCBA/BCABA Supervision (Internships)

We are willing to mentor those who are working on their BCBA/BCABA certification and need supervised hours. TDLC offers supervision of candidates in full and part time options. The following are the three plans for supervision.

Any deviation from these plans must be approved by Michael Conteh.

Long distance plan: (Fee for BCABA: $3,500, Fee for BCBA: $5,250)

This plan is for candidates who are unable to work any hours at TDLC as part of their supervision due to the distance from their homes. Candidates must complete the following:

  • Work between 10 and 30 hours per week (3 weeks per month) in the Behavior Analysis field
  • Send videotapes of yourself providing one-on-one ABA therapy (2-4 hours per month) to Michael Conteh
  • Complete a project for TDLC, to be determined through an agreement between the candidate and Michael Conteh. This project will become jointly owned by TDLC and the candidate upon its completion and can be altered by TDLC for use at any time after completion.

Part time plan: (No fee)

This plan is for candidates who are only able to work part time at TDLC as part of their supervision. Candidates must complete the following:

  • Work part-time at TDLC. These hours will be unpaid.
  • Assist in projects for TDLC that help in understanding ABA principles.

Full time plan: (No fee)

This plan is for candidates who are able to work 30 hours per week at TDLC as part of their supervision. Candidates must complete the following:

  • Work full-time at TDLC. These hours will be unpaid.
  • Assist in projects for TDLC that help in understanding ABA principles.
