Insurance coverage at tangible difference

In addition to offering quality ABA, Speech Therapy, Professional Counseling, and Social Skills classes, TDLC employs a medical biller to help verify if any of our programs are covered by your insurance policy, and to make the insurance intake process smoother for our families. In order to inquire about insurance coverage, please fill out the information on our insurance application, completely and accurately, and click "submit form". Once our billing department receives the information, we will verify your coverage - please allow up to 5 business days for verification. Once coverage has been verified, we will notify you of any coverage your plan offers and discuss treatment options with you, so please make sure your contact information is accurate.

When filling out the insurance application, be as detailed as possible and include ALL applicable diagnoses, such as:

  • ADHD
  • Autism
  • Encephalopathy
  • Epilepsy (Seizures)
  • Feeding Difficulties
  • Speech issues
  • Etc.

We are currently credentialed with:

  • Cigna – ABA in-network
  • Tricare Prime – Speech in-network
  • Traditional Medicaid – Speech in-network
  • Amerigroup – Star/Star Plus/etc – Speech in-network
  • Aetna - ABA in-network with PPO and Managed Choice plans, Speech in-network with HMO, PPO, POS plans
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield Texas - ABA in-network with Blue Choice (PPO/POS); Speech in-network with Blue Choice (PPO/POS), HMO Blue, HMO, PPO; Counseling in-network with PPO

Being in-network does not guarantee coverage, but we will gladly verify any coverage you may have. Also, please keep in mind that there are insurance policies that cover our services that are NOT listed above - fill out our insurance application and we will be happy to check your policy. What sets us apart from other companies is that we have multiple programs, so there is a high probability that one or more of our services may be covered.
