Houston Individual and Family Counselor

Counseling can help those who are struggling with everyday circumstances, or who simply want to enhance their lives, through interaction with a trained professional. More precisely: It offers ways to gain perspective on your behavior, emotions, & relationships. It provides a means to express your feelings & identify patterns of thinking. It alleviates anxiety, depression, & anger in their many forms. It helps develop communication skills for dealing with conflict & frustration. It is a means for addressing pain, working through loss, & adding meaning to your life.

We provide:

  • Individual counseling
  • Family counseling
  • Couples/Marriage counseling
  • Sibling counseling
  • Counseling for families of those with Autism or other special needs

Our Licensed Professional Counselor has over five years experience working with children on the Autistic spectrum as an ABA therapist. She completed her Master's of Education in Counseling in 2006 and has since worked with children and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing group, individual, and family therapy.
